We are delighted to announce that our Managing Director, Heather Matthews, has been shortlisted as one of the Top 8 Female Business Leaders in the UK at the prestigious British Business Awards 2025. This recognition highlights Heather’s outstanding leadership at Little’s Chauffeur Drive and her significant impact on the industry.



Recognition of Female Business Leaders

Heather joins an incredible lineup of finalists in her category. The finalists include Vikki Jackson-Smith (J&B Recycling), Brenda McLeish (Learning Curve Group), Dr Poonam Gupta OBE (PG Paper), Helen Watson (Rothschild & Co), Jen Mair (Martin Currie), Lesley Larg (Thorntons), and Charlotte Stagg and Jessica Lancaster (Cocopup). This celebration of visionary leadership and the empowerment of women in business highlights the outstanding achievements of all nominees. With over 300 businesses entering the awards, being shortlisted is an incredible achievement and a testament to Heather’s leadership.

The British Business Awards 2025

The British Business Awards celebrate excellence across multiple industries, with 143 companies across 18 categories competing for top honours. Finalists range from global giants like Dell Technologies and Hewlett Packard to UK leaders including Scottish Power, Greggs, and The Weir Group. The winners will be announced during the ceremony on the 24th of April 2025, attended by over 2,000 business leaders.

The event will also feature an exclusive fireside chat and a special musical performance from legendary musician Sting, alongside a keynote speech from Sir Bob Geldof, celebrating the 40th anniversary of Band Aid. The evening will be hosted by comedian and presenter Rob Brydon.

Supporting a Greater Cause

Beyond celebrating business excellence, the awards also support Social Bite, a charity dedicated to tackling homelessness. The event aims to raise £1 million, with a special fundraising lunch hosted in partnership with Gleneagles Hotel.
