The Role: Tour Executive

As a Tour Executive at Little’s Chauffeur Drive, you will be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. Your passion and knowledge about Scotland will be key in planning bespoke tours for private individuals and agents, showcasing the very best of what our beautiful country has to offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tour Planning: Design and plan bespoke tours that highlight Scotland’s rich history, stunning landscapes, and cultural treasures.
  • Client Interaction: Handle enquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with chauffeurs and other team members to ensure seamless tour execution.
  • Customisation: Tailor tours to meet the specific interests and preferences of each client, ensuring a unique and personalised experience.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or changes in tour plans promptly and efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client interactions.

The Hours

40 hours per week, full-time, office-based position located in Govan, Glasgow.
