Little’s and You

Our chauffeurs are the face of our company, however at Little’s, they are so much more than a driver. Our chauffeurs act as concierges on the road providing a safe, punctual, helpful, secure and informed experience. They keep our vehicles clean and they are also part of a large supportive team of fellow chauffeurs, reservations/sales staff, and senior management working together to offer the best customer service in the industry.

The work is exciting and varied and involves driving our fleet of luxurious vehicles and looking after business, leisure, corporate and event clients while always supplying the same five-star service and showing them the absolute best of Scotland.

Are you the person we’re looking for?

We need people who can demonstrate first class driving skills, who have the history of excellence in customer service that our clients expect, and who can show a willingness to improve their skills and knowledge. You may have experience as a chauffeur, in professional driving or the hospitality industry; you may have spent time in public service or you may just be looking to change direction but whatever your background, you must have a can-do attitude, a desire to learn new skills and be able to manage your time effectively. An ability to speak another language as well as English is always welcome and driving qualifications from a previous profession or from ROSPA or IAM are advantageous. Full training is provided but you absolutely must bring flexibility and positivity.

At Little’s we operate a 24-hour, 7 day a week business; our lights are always on, so working hours can be any time of the day or night and we are looking for the right person to work with us on a seasonal full time basis during the summer months as a Chauffeur operating from our base in Edinburgh.

This is a fixed term contract running from 1 May 2025 until 30 September 2025 with a working pattern based around a 42.5 hour week working five days over seven.

Some of our chauffeurs also provide sightseeing services for our clients, and if you have experience in this field or feel that you would be suited to this side of the work we do, please tell us.

Our Promise

Highly Competitive Salary and Paid Holidays – £2320.50 per month; overtime at £13.10 per hour; 12 days paid leave and provided you have adhered to company standards and have had no “at fault” accidents, you will qualify for a one-off bonus of £250 at the conclusion of the seasonal period.
