Sarah Millson-Jones

I started working at Little’s in September 2022. I moved up to Scotland from the South Coast of England and having been in the chauffeur drive industry for over 25 years, I reached out to Heather and Kenneth to see if there was an opportunity. I was aware of Little’s and their reputation and knew it would be an excellent place to work. My journey has been great so far and I am very much looking forward to the exciting road ahead.

As Head of Service Delivery, I am accountable for ensuring that the chauffeurs and the vehicles are ready to deliver our service to the highest standards possible. I am also accountable for our global partners, ensuring that they understand and meet our clients’ expectations, and that the Little’s service offering is consistent across the world. I also support the business in a HR capacity.

My favourite thing about working at Little’s Chauffeur Drive is the feeling of teamwork and the passion we all have, working for Heather and the family business.
