Little’s is dedicated to delivering a premium, personalised experience. In order to do that, we ensure that all our team are driven by the same goal – of offering the best possible service at all times. Those crucial first impressions mean everything to us, and a Little’s chauffeur is always keen to immediately impress.

Heather Matthews

Managing Director

As the daughter of Little’s founder, I take huge pride in the business and continue to relish the opportunity of leading a fantastic team of talented individuals who have helped me grow the business into the global chauffeur drive company it is today. They share my ambitions for Little’s and we’re always looking for new opportunities. Our premier chauffeur Scotland service has changed a lot since Dad first started it in 1966, but the values remain the same, and always will.

We believe it’s vital that those core principles – including trust, exceptional service, and discretion – are at the heart of everything we do, but that we’re also never sitting still and always looking to embrace any new innovations which can improve our service. I am fortunate to have a great support network, including the inspiring business leaders I meet as part of my involvement with Vistage.

As part of a responsible business, I also believe in giving back to the community and have supported the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice for many years now, recently becoming an ambassador for the charity. A further honour came in 2015 when I was shortlisted for the Female Business Leader of the Year award at the Scottish Business Awards.

My own dream experience? Family holidays in the Algarve are my favourite way to relax. I love nothing more than walking on the beach with my son.

Kenneth Good

Operations Director

I’ve been with Little’s for 27 years and have seen a lot of growth in that time. It’s incredible to me to think that, in the summer of 1992, I was a student who was just determined to find a summer job that involved driving. I became a Little’s chauffeur for the next four years and I’ve never looked back.

That grounding gave me a fantastic insight into the needs and expectations of Little’s clients, while allowing me to grow my knowledge and understanding of the chauffeur-driven car industry. Joining Little’s has also meant that I’ve been able to indulge in my passion for seeing Scotland and the United Kingdom, whilst looking after discerning travellers from around the world and giving them the premium experience they desire.

In 1996, after completing my studies, I joined the office team as a management trainee, working with Heather and her family to ensure the business continued to thrive under a new generation. I became a partner in 2009 and continue to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.

As Operations Director, I am responsible for overseeing the general operations of the business, making sure that all aspects of what we do reflect our company ethos and the high level of customer service which is expected by our clients at all times.

I think that the family business ethos which underpins everything in the company shines through, as well as our attention to detail and exemplary customer service. We never say no.

Favourite Travel Destination

My own favourite destination is the North West Highlands of Scotland. Elsewhere in the world, I love Florence – it has everything, including great architecture, fabulous food, wine, and is the home of Ferragamo, the most comfortable shoes in the world! Oh, and Modena, where they make Maserati cars, is just up the autostrade!

Robert McKenna

General Manager

I’ve worked proudly for Little’s for 12 years now. I was attracted by what sounded like a really interesting and exciting place to work, and I wasn’t wrong. I love the pressure of constantly high expectations – it brings out the best in people – and the team here are like an extended family to me. We truly care about clients.

I joined as part of the Reservations team in 2007 before taking on the role of Operations Manager and then being appointed in my current role as General Manager in 2016.

I oversee the day-to-day running of the office as well as managing our team of Chauffeurs. It’s been a consistently rewarding role for me and I’ve taken huge pride in how the business has continued to move with the times and kept growing.

Favourite Travel Destination

My favourite destination in the world has to be the north-west coast of Scotland – it’s so striking and dramatic.

Harjeet Khun-Khun

Business Development Manager

When the chance to join Little’s came up in 2013, I jumped at the exciting opportunity to help grow its corporate and leisure client base. My role has really developed over the past six years.

Now my role incorporates so much – creating and converting new business opportunities, managing key accounts, overseeing our marketing strategy and researching and building long-lasting relationships with clients and affiliates.

I look after our current clients, and am always looking to secure new clients and events for business in Scotland and internationally, while working closely with our partners.

I wanted to work for a true family business where I wasn’t just a number. I love my job because I get to work with incredible clients every day and no two days have ever been the same. As part of my role, I am involved in securing world class events and have the opportunity to grow the Little’s network throughout Scotland, which I find really exciting.

We deliver on everything we say we will – every time. I am never afraid to make promises to clients, because I know our team will work hard to make every journey a seamless one.

Favourite Travel Destination

Personally, I love New York – for the people, the hustle and bustle, the iconic sights, and to indulge in my love of pizza!

Jo Cork

Business Development Manager (UK)

After working in the luxury boutique hotel industry for 18 years, I am excited to be the newest addition to the Little’s management team. The service is different of course, but the demands for a high quality experience are similar, and I look forward to making my mark. My main focus is building relationships with existing clients, and seeking out new opportunities in London and emerging UK city markets.

These clients work in many different sectors, and may require our services in the UK or internationally, so my role is extremely varied.

Before joining Little’s, I was really looking for a new challenge, but I wasn’t prepared to leave the world of hospitality behind me completely. I have really enjoyed gaining an understanding of a totally new product, whilst still being involved with the exciting travel and hospitality industry. I love the variety that each day brings, and I feel so fortunate to live in Glasgow and have the opportunity to spend a lot of time in London, where the majority of my clients are based.

Working for a family business is so unique, and I can’t imagine ever going back to a large corporation. I love the team spirit which comes naturally from working within a small group of people who are so invested in the success of the company.

Favourite Travel Destination

My favourite destination has to be Paris. I have been six times and am already planning my next trip. I am a complete foodie, so it’s a real treat exploring all the new and exciting restaurants and bars, as well as revisiting old favourites. It’s a romantic city, and each district has its own unique personality, and there is always something new to discover.

Sarah Jane Anderson

Business Development Manager

I joined Little’s in early 2019 as I was looking for a move out of the hospitality/events industry.  The opportunity to cover maternity leave for Harjeet came up and I jumped at the chance.  There is a really nice crossover in my role with clients and contacts I have dealt with previously, but this also gives me the opportunity to work business to business and learn about a different industry.

I work alongside Jo and look after our clients who are based in Scotland.  It is my responsibility to ensure that I am up to date with what’s happening in Scotland, where new opportunities may be, and to help with the continual growth of the business in all sectors.

I love Sales and this has been a passion of mine for a number of years.  I love the buzz and thrill of it, and it’s great to be part of a growing business and to know that I am partly responsible for that growth.

Working for a family business is a wonderful experience.  The personal touch, which I feel is vital in the success of any business, is much easier to deliver.  Having the full team on hand means that decisions can be made very quickly too.

Favourite Travel Destination

I love Scotland and some of our best family holidays have been spent in some beautiful locations.  One of my favourites was the Isle of Harris, and the drive to get there was absolutely stunning.  Luskentyre beach has turquoise waters and white sands to rival any Caribbean island!

Sharon Toland

Reservations Manager

Joining the company in 1988, I manage our team of dedicated reservations executives, ensuring they react quickly and smoothly to all client requests – to make booking our chauffeur drive services a simple and seamless process.

After 30 years, I still relish the challenge of every day as well as the daily interaction of dealing with chauffeurs and office staff.

Favourite Travel Destination

I simply love the scenery of the west coast of Scotland. It doesn’t get any better than that, and we should be very proud of it.

Susan Kesson

Senior Reservations Agent & Training Manager

I’ve been with Little’s for 8 years now, and my role consists of dealing with day-to-day enquiries via email and phone, providing any training for new staff members, and additional cross-department training.

I felt I needed a change and Little’s seemed like a company I would like to work for. I love that each day is different and you never know what jobs you may get each day from an email or phone call, and I love the people I work with.

Being a family-run business means that things can be changed and developed easily without having to follow company procedures from Head Office.

Favourite Travel Destination

Personally, I enjoy exploring new places and as long as I am by the water with my boys, I am happy.

Lewis Jennings

Reservations Executive

My favourite thing about Little’s is that the business retains a family-run feel, even though we work globally. Every day is different.

When I first started with the company, I was seeking a new challenge and also a move in my working life that would allow more time with my daughter, so Little’s was perfect.

I’ve been with the company for over two years, and my job includes daily reservations duties, with a particular focus on our key accounts, and the planning of vehicles, chauffeurs and times for bookings all over the world. Unofficially, I also make jokes wherever possible!

Favourite Travel Destination

My favourite destination is simply anywhere new – or the good old west coast of Scotland.

Scott Toland

Reservations Executive

My role includes making bookings, speaking directly to clients, as well as suppliers and chauffeurs. I also manage the diary to ensure everything runs smoothly.

I joined Little’s in early 2019, and I already love the variety. I was attracted to the job firstly because my mother Sharon, who is Little’s Reservations Manager, has worked here for 30 years and has always spoken so highly of the company.  I was on the lookout for something a bit different, and I’ve found it here.

It’s also a very small family-led team, so everyone gets on really well.

Favourite Travel Destination

The Netherlands is my favourite destination – it’s such a relaxed, friendly place!

Marc Bradley

Night Supervisor

My role is a bit different in that I ensure smooth running of the office during the night, including managing overseas bookings, and of course making sure clients receive the best service, which is vital to what we do.

I’ve been with Little’s for a year-and-a-half and I love working for the company. I enjoy nightshift as working alone means a lot more responsibility, which is something I enjoy.

Partly as a result of a smaller team, I have a lot of autonomy and trust from Heather, Kenneth, and Robert – you don’t often find that.

Favourite Travel Destination

Personally, I love the USA and Orlando is my favourite, particularly Disneyworld and Universal Studios theme parks. I would like to live over there.

Eileen Lauter

Accounts Manager

I joined Little’s in 2011 as Accounts Assistant for a specific contract and within a year was promoted to Accounts Manager.

I liked that it was a family business with very little turnover of staff. Every day is different, and there is always a challenge.

I oversee all aspects of our accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, ensuring our clients’ invoicing needs are tailored to their exact requirements.

I also look after payroll, and monitoring day to day financial transactions within the company, but we’re not just payroll numbers – we all work together as a team, and gel very well.

Favourite Travel Destination

My favourite place in the world is Ireland. My family are from there and many still live there. It may have the unpredictable Scottish weather but it’s got some fabulous beaches!

Jannine De Sanctis

Accounts Executive

I’ve been with Little’s for four years and have really enjoyed it. I was looking for a bit of a change and to have the opportunity of joining a smaller company where I was not just a number. Here, my contribution is valued and everyone knows me while I’ve found the management team to be friendly and approachable.

I started as Reservations Executive then moved to Accounts in 2019, so it is great to be learning something new again.

It’s also a very small family-led team, so everyone gets on really well.

Favourite Travel Destination

My favourite place in the world? I simply love Italy – because of the food, the wonderful weather, and because it’s my second home.

Stephen McKellar

Head Chauffeur Glasgow

I continue to get a real kick out of client satisfaction after 12 years with Little’s – it’s what keeps me coming back. Ever since school, I’ve always had a passion for driving.

I began my career with the company in 2007 as a full-time chauffeur, and was promoted in 2011 to Head Chauffeur for Glasgow operations. I believe that training and development of the team, along with the close management of a fleet of close to 50 vehicles, is essential in the provision of the exemplary service Little’s provides throughout the length and breadth of Scotland. It’s about consistently refusing to rest on your laurels.

I make sure cars are fully prepped, that chauffeurs have knowledge of all hires, and that high levels of presentation are maintained. Little’s is a family-run business where everyone meets high standards.

Favourite Travel Destination

Jobs are always different at Little’s and I love touring and finding new destinations within Scotland. I particularly love Skye and the Cuillin Hills. There’s lots to do and the locals are very helpful and it’s beautiful too – but anywhere in the sun is fine by me.

Chris Carmichael

Head Chauffeur Edinburgh

Beginning my career with the company in 1998, I saw it as an exciting new challenge. I love my job because of the characters I get to meet.

I now manage our team of Edinburgh chauffeurs as well as the day-to-day supervision of our extensive fleet that’s dedicated to providing the finest service that the Scottish chauffeur drive industry can offer.

With that in mind, I enjoy working with and mentoring my colleagues to continuously improve that service.

My sustained length of service of over 20 years with the company has allowed me to hone my knowledge of both Scotland and the UK and I am passionate about serving clients from around the world, including showcasing the very best of what we have to offer.

So far, my dream destination is Sydney, but I’m still looking!
